Role: We seek a ServiceNow Sales Specialist who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
Salary range: $175,000 - $210,000
Location: Remote (Any location in the USA)
What will help you succeed:
  • Building and executing a proactive prospecting and partner-driven pipeline plan to generate net-new ServiceNow services opportunities (new logos and whitespace in existing accounts).
  • Lead discovery with executives and stakeholders to uncover business problems and translate them into ServiceNow-led transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop high-impact points of view by industry/function (e.g., IT, HR, customer operations, risk/security) to open doors and create demand.
  • Own the full opportunity lifecycle: qualification, solution shaping, resourcing alignment, proposal/SOW development, negotiation, and closure. This will be done together with Globant’s account teams and ServiceNow Studio Architects.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate forecasting; manage multiple pursuits in parallel across regions/time zones.
  • Orchestrate internal teams (delivery, solution architects, SMEs, legal, finance) to create compelling client-ready narratives and commercials.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and roadmap, including Now Assist and AI capabilities and how customers adopt them responsibly.
  • Communicate value and practical considerations for AI use cases (productivity, virtual agents, knowledge, workflow automation, agentic experiences) with executives and operational leaders.
  • Partner with solution architects to ensure feasibility and differentiation while keeping proposals aligned to client maturity, governance, and adoption readiness
  • 10+ years in enterprise consulting/services sales, client partnering, or alliance leadership (ServiceNow ecosystem strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record delivering a hunter/farmer model: net-new logo pursuit and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex services deals (multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream, enterprise procurement).
  • Strong executive presence with ability to lead C-level/VP conversations and influence decisions.
  • Solid ServiceNow platform fluency across core workflows and architecture concepts; ability to speak credibly with both business and technical stakeholders.
