Position Overview As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers in the HR and recruiting space. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new leads. • Qualify inbound interest from talent acquisition and HR professionals. • Book meetings for Account Executives and support sales pipeline development. • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and feedback from the field. • Keep detailed records in CRM systems and share insights with leadership.
