The Outbound Sales Development Representative will prospect for potential customers, communicate the company’s value proposition, qualify prospects, schedule demos, manage a sales pipeline, and track performance while using AI tools in daily work. Responsibilities Hunt for opportunities – Engage in strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers Tell our story – Showcase Builder Prime's value proposition in ways that resonate with construction professionals Qualify and connect – Identify prospect needs, provide tailored solutions, and schedule qualified demos with our Account Executives Own your pipeline – Build and maintain a healthy flow of prospects while collaborating with the sales team on follow-up strategies Stay sharp – Become a product expert who can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for our customers, with access to developmental opportunities like sales book clubs and training programs Drive results – Track your activities and performance, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development. You understand that AI accelerates work; humans own the outcome • Curious about how AI could reshape your role and willing to experiment, share what you learn, and contribute to how we build these practices as a company • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free space to work from home • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms • Background in SaaS or the construction industry • A track record of overachievement as a career SDR or AE (think President's Club, Rep of the Year, or similar recognition) • Experience in a high effort, relationship driven field such as hospitality, logistics, or sales outside of SaaS, especially if you're looking to break into tech This is a remote role open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, with a strong preference for candidates based in the greater Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT areas.
