Other Jobs To Apply

About Us

We are a medical hardware manufacturer specializing in clinical-grade Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras and hardware endpoint solutions used extensively in virtual care, inpatient virtual nursing, and remote patient monitoring setups across health systems.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Epic Systems Consultant, Technical Specialist, or Former Epic Employee with expertise in Epic’s virtual care and telehealth ecosystem. Our goal is to deepen our technical integration, align with standard Epic deployment patterns, and optimize how our camera endpoints interface with Epic’s virtual care modules.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Strategy & Advisory: Guide our product team on best practices for integrating hardware endpoints (cameras, audio devices, or dedicated displays) into Epic workflows.

Architecture & Standards: Advice on standard clinical and technical integration pathways (e.g., Epic eCAL, Bedside TV, MyChart telehealth integrations, and video routing protocols through partners like Pexip).

Health System Deployment Patterns: Share insights into how health system IT teams evaluate, certify, and deploy hardware endpoints alongside Epic modules.

Technical & Process Requirements: Help us identify prerequisites, compliance/security considerations, or testing steps needed to position our hardware seamlessly for Epic-centric health systems.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
