Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual agent fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, handle inquiries professionally, and assist in bridging communication between Spanish-speaking clients and our company.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. resident or hold a valid visa/work authorization to work in the United States
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service or support experience preferred

Responsibilities:
