We are a behavioral health and community services organization seeking an experienced U.S.-based Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to help design and build a centralized operational workflow management system.
This is not simply a SharePoint website project. We need someone who can understand our business processes, recommend the right Microsoft 365 solutions, and build practical tools our teams can use every day.
Scope of Work:
We are looking to use SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Power BI, Dataverse, and potentially Copilot/AI to improve workflows such as:
-Client intake and pipeline tracking
-Caseload assignments/reassignments
-Prior authorization and expiration tracking
-Documentation/compliance monitoring
-Staff task and request management
-Claims/denial workflows
-Training and internal resources
-Automated reminders, notifications, and escalations
-Department and leadership dashboards
Ideal Contractor:
You should have strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft 365 solution architecture.
We prefer someone who can hear, “This is how our current process works,” and translate that process into an effective Microsoft solution—not someone who requires us to design the technical solution first.
Healthcare/HIPAA experience, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 administration experience are a plus.
Working Arrangement:
-Hourly contract
-Approximately 15-20 hours/week initially
-Potential for ongoing/long-term work
-U.S.-based preferred
-Eastern Time overlap preferred
-Must be available for scheduled collaborative screen-sharing/build sessions with our Director of Operations
-Combination of dedicated working sessions and independent development
The initial phase will focus on workflow discovery, solution architecture, and prioritization before moving into development.
When applying, please include your hourly rate, location/time zone, weekly availability, and examples of Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions you personally designed and built.
We are looking for a reliable technical partner who can help us build, improve, and maintain our Microsoft 365 operational environment over time.
