Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to product and engineering teams on complex legal and regulatory issues related to platform and artificial intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to platform and AI initiatives. Monitor and keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to platform and AI. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Partner with external counsel as needed to address legal issues and ensure timely resolution. Participate in product planning and development meetings to advise on legal implications and considerations. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory matters related to platform and AI. Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to current processes and procedures. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
