Identify and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and processes. Work closely with senior leaders to establish risk management objectives and strategies. Collaborate with technical teams to implement risk mitigation measures and enhance security posture. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and cybersecurity. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the risk management program to senior leaders and stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals to ensure the organization's technology and cyber risks are effectively managed. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to stay informed of potential risks and vulnerabilities. Communicate and present risk management strategies and initiatives to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to technology and cyber risk management. Continuously review and update the organization's risk management policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to risk management. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the organization's technology infrastructure and systems.
