Responsibilities As a Team Support Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your team. Your key duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organising virtual and in-person team meetings, from preparing agendas to distributing minutes.
  • Acting as a central point of contact, handling enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintaining and organising digital filing systems, databases, and other records.
  • Assisting with project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Qualifications We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual with a strong administrative background. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or team support capacity.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • A high level of integrity, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience working within a large, multinational corporation is desirable but not essential.
