Job Title: Remote Amazon Advertising Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000 USD/Monthly

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)

Job Overview

Our Client is a fast-growing e-commerce group managing a multi-brand Amazon portfolio spanning two Seller Central accounts and roughly 500 active SKUs, with monthly ad spend exceeding $50,000. Operating across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, they combine performance marketing precision with catalog-wide operational efficiency. Driven by data integrity, profitability management, and channel expansion, they rely on sharp e-commerce advertising operators to optimize ad spend, defend profit margins, and accelerate market share across North American e-commerce platforms.

The Role

Our Client is seeking a hands-on, metrics-driven Amazon Advertising Manager to own their $50,000+/month ad spend end-to-end. Managing full-funnel PPC campaigns across 500 active SKUs, this professional will hold TACOS firm while scaling sales volume, eliminate waste across large catalogs, and execute high-volume campaign optimizations without needing step-by-step direction. Reporting directly to the Senior Analytics Manager, this position is ideal for an operator who excels at bulk sheet management, ties ad spend directly to settlement P&L revenue, and brings a performance-first mindset to multi-account Amazon growth.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Campaign & Portfolio Management

  • Owns full-funnel campaign architecture (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) across two Seller Central accounts, managing targeting, bids, budgets, and placement adjustments.

  • Defends and improves brand and portfolio-level ACOS/TACOS targets; identifies unprofitable spend to cut while scaling top-performing campaigns.

  • Executes large-scale bid, budget, and targeting changes using Amazon bulk sheets across 500+ SKUs.

  • Refines search term and placement targeting, harvesting high-converting search terms into exact match, adjusting match types, and tuning placement modifiers.

  • Drives New-to-Brand (NTB) growth using SB and Brand Store placements, analyzing customer repeat purchase behaviors and lifetime value.

Financial Reconciliation & Cross-Functional Operations

  • Builds and maintains weekly and monthly reporting models tying Amazon ad spend directly to actual settlement revenue rather than platform-attributed sales alone.

  • Reallocates ad budgets dynamically across brands based on data-backed performance models and margin thresholds.

  • Flags efficiency leaks or margin deterioration across individual brands before impacts register on corporate P&L statements.

  • Coordinates closely with creative, listing, and inventory teams to align ad spend with stock availability and listing conversion readiness.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

  • Amazon PPC Experience: 3+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (agency or brand-side).

  • Ad Spend Scale: Demonstrated track record managing $50,000+/month in Amazon ad spend on a single account or portfolio.

  • Large Catalog Management: Hands-on experience managing large product catalogs (250+ SKUs minimum; 500+ SKUs preferred) across multiple brands or parent categories.

  • Console & Tooling Fluency: Expert command of Seller Central, Amazon Ads Console, Bulk Operations, Search Term & Placement Reports, and Brand Analytics.

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, complex lookups, and comfort manipulating 50,000+ row exports).

  • Core Metrics Mastery: Deep understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, NTB share, and break-even ACOS calculations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to clearly explain data-driven campaign recommendations and financial projections.

  • Remote Infrastructure: Dedicated home office with high-speed, reliable internet, webcam, and headset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across both FBA and FBM fulfillment models and managing multiple Seller Central accounts simultaneously.

  • Understanding of Amazon profitability mechanics (settlement reports, referral/FBA fees, promotional rebates, true break-even margins).

  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), or Walmart Connect / Marketplace advertising.

  • Experience with rules-based bidding tools (Perpetua, Helium 10 Adtomic, Quartile, Scale Insights) and reporting automation (SQL, Python, Power BI, Looker).

  • Active Amazon Ads Certifications.

First 90 Days Success Milestones

  • 30 Days: Deliver a comprehensive audit of both Seller Central accounts detailing campaign structures, wasted spend, SKU coverage gaps, and a prioritized action roadmap.

  • 60 Days: Implement targeting and bid refinements across all active campaigns; deploy trusted, recurring reporting models tying spend to settlement revenue.

  • 90 Days: Demonstrate measurable improvement in portfolio TACOS while maintaining or growing revenue, along with a documented quarterly budget reallocation plan.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: $3,000 USD monthly salary paid directly in USD.

  • High-Impact E-Commerce Exposure: Own $50k+/month ad spend for a multi-brand, 500-SKU enterprise portfolio.

  • Data-First Operational Autonomy: Direct ownership of campaign budgets, bulk operations, and growth strategy with no micromanagement.

  • Future Omnichannel Expansion: Opportunity to lead expansion into secondary channels such as Walmart Connect.

  • 100% Remote Infrastructure: Dedicated full-time role executed remotely from home in Latin America.

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
