Who We're Looking For: Paid Search Media Analyst - REMOTE

We’re looking for a data-driven, high-impact Paid Search Media Analyst to take full ownership of campaign success across our client portfolio. This isn’t a hands-off strategy role; it’s a hands-on, conversion-focused, revenue-driving position where you will build, optimize, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid search (PPC) execution, from conducting deep keyword research and crafting compelling ad copy to optimizing conversion paths on client websites.

You’ll blend analytical rigor with creative execution, developing visually captivating ads and high-converting copy across search engines, display networks, and paid social platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Reporting to digital marketing leadership, you’ll navigate complex paid media landscapes to consistently hit client KPIs, translate performance metrics into strategic growth, and refine campaign mechanics. If you are a relentless marketer who thrives on connecting search intent to measurable business results, you’ll do well here.

A day in the life of a Paid Search Media Analyst - REMOTE

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, adjusting campaign pacing and budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct competitive benchmarking, and analyze data to uncover insights, identify trends, and refine targeting strategies.
  • Client Engagement & Strategic Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert by leading client presentations, reporting on key metrics, proposing new growth opportunities, and aligning strategies with overall business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative and analytics teams to integrate digital marketing efforts, build compelling ad assets, and streamline campaign execution.
  • Industry Leadership & Partner Relations: Stay ahead of paid search advancements, build relationships with major ad platform partners, and participate in internal knowledge sharing to introduce cutting-edge tactics.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) paired with 2+ years in digital media planning, automotive marketing, account management, or client services.
  • Certifications, Platforms & Data Expertise: Active certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads (including Advanced Display and Video), with hands-on proficiency in major ad-serving platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, The Trade Desk) and third-party data providers like Oracle.
  • Campaign & Program Management: Proven capability to plan, implement, manage, measure, and report on programmatic digital media campaigns across diverse channels, with a willingness to continually adapt and learn new channels.
  • Analytical & Technical Proficiency: Strong capability to research industry statistics, analyze performance data, execute detailed record-keeping, and leverage Google Workspace and internal management systems to evaluate and design programs.
  • Communication, Copywriting & Collaboration: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to write creative marketing copy across multiple formats, draft professional correspondence, collaborate cross-functionally, and handle sensitive information discretely.
  • Organization & Proactive Execution: Self-starter with organizational agility, strong time management, and a proactive mindset to delegate tasks, navigate shifting priorities, and flag workflow issues early in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.

Please note that the stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit for the role. We encourage candidates to discuss their salary expectations during the interview process.

Flexibility:

The Paid Search Media Analyst may benefit from the flexibility to work in a way that suits them best. We offer the following working options:

  • Office-Based: Our modern and well-equipped office space provides a collaborative environment where you can work closely with your team, engage in face-to-face interactions, and foster a sense of community.
  • Remote: We understand that some individuals thrive in a remote working setup. As such, we support remote work arrangements, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location that enhances your productivity.
  • Hybrid: For those who prefer a balance between office and remote work, we offer a hybrid model. This allows you to divide your time between working in the office and remotely, providing the best of both worlds.
