<p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Operations Assistant – Logistics & Order Fulfillment</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote (Preference for candidates in TX)</p><p><strong>Employment Type</strong>: Full-Time</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our U.S. warehouse logistics and order fulfillment operations. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bridge communication between our U.S. team based in NJ and headquarters China. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred to facilitate smooth cross-border coordination.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1.Logistics & Warehouse Coordination: Track and monitor daily warehouse shipments, inbound/outbound orders, and inventory levels; coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues, including damaged goods, shipping errors, or customs clearance holds.Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipment tracking, inventory adjustments, and operational metrics; generate weekly status reports for management.</p><p><br></p><p>2.Order Management: Process sales orders in the system, verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices), and resolve any discrepancies or delays with carriers. Account Reconciliation – Apply the payment to the customer's account (customer account settlement / payment allocation). Credit Application – If the customer requests credit terms, process their application for open account / payment terms.</p><p><br></p><p>3.Administrative Support: Assist with basic customer service inquiries related to order status and returns processing when needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>--Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, order processing, or warehouse operations.</p><p>--Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese – must be able to read/write business emails and conduct verbal communication in both languages.</p><p>--Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and familiar with ERP systems. Quick learner for new internal software.</p><p>--Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
