Boca Boys Home Services is a South Florida exterior cleaning company — window cleaning and pressure washing for high-end homes and commercial properties. We're scaling hard into the fall/winter season and building out a remote closing team to handle the volume.

What you'll do:

Work provided high-intent leads on the AI dialer, 5 days a week

Quote exterior cleaning jobs and close them on the call

Sell annual cleaning contracts — that's where your residual income comes from

Handle objections cleanly and follow the process we teach you

DO NOT apply if:

You can't work 8–10 hour days inside the 9am–7pm ET window. Whatever time zone you're in, this is when our customers answer the phone.

You need a base salary to feel safe. This is commission only. High earners love that. If it scares you, this isn't your role.

You're lazy, can't take coaching, or don't want to be part of a growing team. We push each other here. If that sounds like pressure, this isn't for you.

You're unwilling to learn something new. The product is simple, but you have to be willing to run our process, not yours.

You are serious about making $120K this year

You want to make real money and are willing to dial for it

You're coachable — we'll teach the product and the script, your job is to run it

You're hungry to grow with a company that's scaling, not coast at one that isn't

You do what you say you're going to do

Experience helps. Hunger matters more. We'll teach the script, the product, and the objections. You bring the work ethic and the attitude, because that part we can't install. Culture is everything here.

Comp & structure:

$60K–$175K OTE. Commission only, uncapped.

25–45% on one-time jobs (averages 35%) → ~$175 per sale

Large homes and commercial tickets $3K–$5K → $1,000–$1,750 per close

25–30% residual on annual contracts → ~$375–$450 per contract, recurring

Most reps run $1K–$3K/week. Top reps have passed $20K months.

Location:

Fully remote, open worldwide. Full time, 5 days/week, 8–10 hour days, dialing between 9am–7pm ET.
