Key Responsibilities

Issue Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for delivery partners, diagnosing and troubleshooting data discrepancies, and escalating complex cases through the established matrix.
Process Improvement:
Identify recurring data patterns or errors, propose actionable solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine data workflows.
Customer Communication:
