Fractional SDR: NEPQ Cold Caller (Contract, Remote)

Other Jobs To Apply

Phone Assassin Labs is a fractional cold calling firm. Founders and sales leaders hire us when their own dialing stops the second a deal starts moving.

One American caller. Your positioning, your objections. No offshore team, no AI voice agent, no 90-day ramp.

Verified in the 2025 Nooks rankings: top 0.1% for conversations held, top 1% for dials, top 10% for meetings booked.

Every call is recorded. Clients get the meetings and the transcripts — which is usually where the real market feedback is hiding.

I've been the only person on the phones since May. That's the constraint I'm removing.

Looking for one caller to start. You need to already know NEPQ, read that part before you apply.

THE SEAT

- You dial one client account. Qualified conversations and booked meetings are the output.

- The list, the script, the dialer and the client are mine. You bring the reps.

- 3–4 hours of live dial time a day, US business hours.

- Contract, remote. Starts part-time. The seat grows if you're good.

WHAT I NEED TO SEE

- You already know NEPQ. Not "I've watched Jeremy Miner videos" — you've run it on live calls. I'll train you deeper on it. I won't teach it from zero. This one's a dealbreaker.

- You've cold called for a living and can tell me your connect-to-conversation rate without looking it up.

- You can keep a conversation going after someone tells you they're busy.

- I correct something Tuesday, it's fixed Wednesday.

WHAT THIS ISN'T

- Not a place to learn NEPQ from scratch.

- Not a list and good luck.

- Not a script you read out loud.

- Not a base while you learn.

ALSO RELEVANT

Outbound cold calling, inside sales, lead generation, business development, prospecting, list management, lead qualification, objection handling, meeting setting, remote B2B SDR, CRM and sales engagement tools.

TO APPLY

Skip the resume. Send a 60-second voice note or Loom of you handling one moment: you've called someone who didn't ask to be called, and the first thing they say is "what's this about?"

Tell me where you learned NEPQ and how long you've been running it.

Go.

Employment type: Contract

Workplace type: Remote

Experience level: Mid-Senior level

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
