<p>2–5 years in FP&A, consulting, banking, or startup operations; expert modeling skills required.</p><p>Integral Health – Making Behavioral Health Part of Everyday Care</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>At Integral Health, our mission is simple: make integrated behavioral health accessible to everyone. We are here to make proactive behavioral health the default and we are challenging the status quo to do so.</p><p>We're a growing, innovative team led by leaders from diverse clinical and healthcare backgrounds. We don't just "add" behavioral health to a practice—we help redesign how care is delivered so patients recover faster, stay healthier longer, and feel supported every step of the way.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As our Finance & Operations Analyst, you'll own the company's numbers. Each month our clinical work has to be turned into revenue — closed, checked, invoiced, and reconciled — and our leadership decisions run on the analysis behind those numbers: margin by practice and payer, productivity per clinician, pricing for new partners. Today the CEO does all of this himself. You'll take it over, systematize it, and make it sharper.</p><p>This is a swiss-army-knife seat: part billing operations, part FP&A, part ops data analysis — all of it work someone actually acts on.</p><p>If you love:</p><ul><li>Building models people stake real decisions on</li><li>Range — closing the month one week, pricing a partnership the next</li><li>Working directly with a CEO and seeing the entire business</li></ul><p>…then this role is for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Run the monthly revenue close and QA it so it's right the first time — our billing rules are documented and largely automated; you catch what the formulas miss</li><li>Reconcile payer payments, produce partner invoices, and chase down discrepancies</li><li>Own company metrics and reporting: the monthly pack, revenue and cash tracking, and the numbers behind board updates and fundraising</li><li>Build the analysis that drives decisions: unit economics, revenue-leakage analysis, ROI models for prospective partners, pricing, compensation modeling</li><li>Extend our AI-assisted operating workflows — we run daily operations on AI tools and expect you to make them better</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Pay: $75,000–$100,000 base (based on experience) + up to 10% annual performance bonus + equity + competitive benefit package</li><li>Schedule: Fully remote on Eastern time; we're headquartered in Brooklyn and occasional in-person time is a plus, not a requirement</li><li>Career Growth: This seat is the natural foundation for a finance and operations leadership role as we scale through our Series A</li><li>Exposure: Direct work with the CEO across billing, finance, partnerships, and strategy</li><li>Culture: We value self-care — you'll work in an environment that respects boundaries and prevents burnout</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You Have</strong></p><ul><li>2–5 years in FP&A, consulting, banking, or startup operations</li><li>Expert Excel and Google Sheets skills — you can build and audit a complex multi-tab model and stake your name on its output (SQL or Python a plus)</li><li>An exacting, self-managing approach to deadline-driven work that touches money</li><li>Fluency with AI tools — you already use them to work faster and better</li><li>Healthcare or billing experience (welcome, but not required — we'll teach you the domain)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>This Role Isn't for You If</strong></p><ul><li>You want a narrow lane — this seat rewards range</li><li>You need a large team and established processes around you</li><li>You're satisfied with "how it's always been done" in healthcare operations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Join Us</strong></p><p>If you're ready to own the numbers of a company reshaping how behavioral health is delivered — and build the systems it will scale on — we'd love to meet you. </p><p>APPLY via our Website: [

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
