Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Paintings in an ever‑changing creative environment, that presents thrilling demanding situations and rewards initiative and trouble‑solving capabilities.
  • Preserve communications with all individuals of the project crew including our customers and their representatives, vendors, and critical stakeholders to the fulfillment of the undertaking.
  • Coordinate tasks from kickoff to finishing touch date whilst managing communications and expectation and surfacing any potential roadblocks.
  • Behavior research on expertise, place, product logistics, invoicing, and scheduling.
  • Expand templates, techniques, and workflows to create and broaden efficiencies.
  • Assist with coping with our internal challenge tracking system through backlog management, price ticket maintenance and timeline advent.

Qualifications

  • Presently pursuing Bachelor's diploma.
  • Available to work July 10, 2023 - December 15, 2023.
  • Capable of commit to running forty hours/week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).

Benefits

Wayfair Co‑op software assessment – a six‑month, full‑time, paid program that runs twice yearly in January to June and July to December. The program allows college students to work in partnership with Wayfair commercial enterprise units and includes professional development, training offerings, and social activities.

Hybrid work arrangement – Boston‑based interns, co‑ops, and employees can work in‑office on designated days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and remotely two days per week.
