Our Warehouse Associates play an important role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently in and out of our facility. What You'll Be Doing Every day is a little different, but you can expect to: <ul><li>Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, along with other warehouse equipment.</li><li>Load and unload trucks and make sure materials get where they need to go.</li><li>Pull, prepare, and package orders accurately for shipment.</li><li>Operate shrink-wrap machines, hoists, lifts, barcode scanners, and other equipment.</li><li>Assist with receiving and shipping materials.</li><li>Support inventory and cycle-counting activities.</li><li>Work with other departments and cross-train to help wherever you're needed.</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and service requirements — because doing the job right and doing it safely go hand-in-hand.</li><li>Take on projects and other assignments that help keep the operation running smoothly. </li></ul>What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything on day one, but we're looking for someone who: <ul><li>Has a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Has experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.</li><li>Has experience with shipping, receiving, and order pulling.</li><li>Has forklift experience — sit-down and stand-up experience is a plus!</li><li>Is comfortable learning and operating different types of material-handling equipment.</li><li>Has good attention to detail and follows through on the task at hand.</li><li>Can follow written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Is willing to learn, cross-train, and jump in to help the team.</li><li>Can communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.</li><li>Can safely lift up to 75 pounds and spend extended periods standing, walking, stooping, and lifting. </li></ul>What It's Like Here This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-all-day kind of job. You'll be on your feet, moving materials, operating equipment, solving problems, and working alongside a team to keep things moving. We're looking for someone who's dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Schedule Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with schedules subject to change based on business needs. Overtime or occasional weekend work may be required. What’s In It for You?
