Walmart Marketplace + Walmart Connect PPC Expert — USA Based Only

Other Jobs To Apply

We are looking for an experienced Walmart Marketplace + Walmart Connect PPC Manager to take hands-on ownership of our Walmart.com business and aggressively grow the channel.

USA-BASED FREELANCERS ONLY. You must currently live and work in the United States. Please do not apply if the work will be performed by an overseas team or subcontractor.

What You’ll Own

* Full Walmart Marketplace account management

* Walmart Connect PPC strategy and daily optimization

* Sponsored Products campaigns

* Keyword research, bidding and search-term optimization

* Walmart SEO and organic ranking

* Product listing optimization

* WFS inventory and fulfillment strategy

* Listing errors, suppression and account-health issues

* Pricing and Buy Box monitoring

* Competitive analysis

* Promotional and seasonal strategy

* Conversion-rate improvement

* Advertising profitability and ROAS

* Weekly performance reporting and action plans

Our Goal

We want to build Walmart into a seven-figure annual sales channel.

We are looking for someone who can audit the account, identify what is preventing growth, create a clear plan, and then personally execute it.

This is not a reporting-only or consulting position. We need someone inside the account actively managing campaigns, listings, inventory strategy and growth.

Walmart PPC Experience Is Mandatory

You must have direct, hands-on experience with Walmart Connect.

Amazon PPC experience by itself does not qualify.

You should understand:

* Walmart Sponsored Products

* Manual and automatic campaign structures

* Keyword and search-term optimization

* Bid and budget management

* ROAS and advertising profitability

* Organic vs. paid Walmart performance

* WFS

* Walmart SEO

* Listing quality and conversion optimization

Experience with food, snacks, gifting, CPG or seasonal products is a major advantage.

To Apply — Start Your Proposal With “WALMART USA”

Please answer all of the following:

1. What U.S. city and state are you currently located in?

2. How many Walmart Marketplace accounts do you personally manage?

3. How many years of Walmart Connect PPC experience do you have?

4. What is the largest monthly Walmart PPC budget you have personally managed?

5. Give us one example of a Walmart account you significantly grew. What were the starting and ending sales?

6. What ROAS or advertising-efficiency improvements did you achieve?

7. What is your experience with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)?

8. If you inherited a Walmart account tomorrow with poor sales, what are the first five things you would audit?

9. Will you personally manage our account, or will any work be outsourced/subcontracted?

10. What would you expect to accomplish during your first 30 days?

Do not send a generic agency proposal.

We are looking for a long-term U.S.-based Walmart specialist who can become an important part of our ecommerce growth team.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
