Pay Rate: $17.51/hr.

Duration: 3-months contract (potential temp-to-hire)

Schedule: M-F, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM 5 days a week, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

What you will do

  • Process and track orders by locating, scanning, and logging storage boxes, binders, files, and backup tapes using handheld RF scanners and proprietary tracking systems.
  • Manually lift, move, and arrange inventory boxes and totes weighing from 24 lbs up to 100+ lbs across concrete surfaces and changing elevations.
  • Operate material handling equipment including hand carts, pallet jacks, and trucks to safely transport materials throughout the facility.
  • Prepare and stage shipments by building, loading, and shrink-wrapping pallets at ground level and loading trucks for outbound delivery.

What we are looking for

  • Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull storage boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance on a regular, prolonged basis.
  • Mobility & Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and climbing ladders or stairs throughout a 9-hour shift.
  • Required Safety Gear: Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant protective safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best."
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong basic literacy in English to read labels and process system tracking, basic computer skills, and a safety-first mindset.

Work Environment: You will work in an active, physical warehouse setting. The environment involves working on concrete floors, using material handling aids, climbing secure ladders, and navigating varying floor elevations safely.

Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
