Role Overview

As a Web Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll be the first point of contact for users seeking help with account access, billing, subscription management, and content navigation. You’ll handle live chat inquiries through our internal dashboard, using pre‑approved templates and a comprehensive knowledge base to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to real‑time chat inquiries from users across multiple time zones.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s knowledge base and scripted responses to provide consistent, high‑quality support.
  • Resolve basic billing, login, and subscription issues within the chat window.
  • Escalate complex or edge‑case problems to the appropriate team with clear, concise notes.
  • Maintain brand voice—friendly, helpful, and professional—in every interaction.
  • Track and document each ticket in the internal system, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions to continuously improve skills.
