Descripción del empleo ✈️ Air Pricing 📍 Ubicación: San Isidro 🏢 Área: Producto Aéreo ⏰ Modalidad: Presencial 🎯 Propósito del puesto Gestionar y optimizar la estrategia de precios de la compañía mediante el análisis y negociaciones de tarifas, rentabilidad y condiciones de mercado, garantizando respuestas oportunas a clientes internos y externos. Principales responsabilidades - Proporcionar cotizaciones o actualizaciones de tarifas. - Negociar con los proveedores (aerolíneas, etc) - Elaborar análisis y reportes de precios periódicos y ad hoc para apoyar la toma de decisiones. - Apoyar en la presentación de cotizaciones y estrategias de pricing a clientes. - Recibir, actualizar y comunicar las revisiones tarifarias a los equipos operativos correspondientes. - Monitorear las tarifas contractuales y ajustar los precios locales de acuerdo con las condiciones del mercado. - Utilizar herramientas analíticas para mejorar la calidad de la facturación y reducir provisiones abiertas. Requisitos Formación Académica - Bachiller o titulado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Comercio Internacional, Logística o carreras afines. Experiencia - Experiencia mínima de 2 años en análisis de precios, logística, freight forwarding, o áreas afines. - Experiencia en elaboración y validación de cotizaciones para clientes. - Conocimiento de estructuras tarifarias de transporte aéreo, (deseable) Conocimientos Técnicos - Dominio intermedio / avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos). - Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis y reporting. - Inglés intermedio o avanzado, tanto escrito como verbal. (Indispensable) Competencias - Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados. - Atención al detalle y precisión en el manejo de información. - Habilidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva. - Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos exigentes. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. - Orientación al cliente interno y externo. - Capacidad de organización y gestión de múltiples prioridades.
