Job Description:

  • responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our clients' YouTube Channels
  • maintaining and building strong relationships with clients
  • ensuring client satisfaction with products and services
  • providing hands-on support regarding YouTube growth, video marketing, and video production
  • preparing and taking part in client workshops
  • preparing performance reports for clients
  • operating closely with the Sales and Product teams
  • managing accounts and guiding clients towards YouTube success

Requirements:

  • Love for YouTube, and video
  • Having your own YouTube channel is a huge plus
  • Fluent in English is a must-have (every other language is a plus)
  • Confident, customer-focused approach both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bonus if previous experiences include:
  • First experience in SEO, online marketing, video production, or consulting
  • YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Search Console
