Webflow Expert Needed to Finish Website and Build Stripe-to-Dropbox Customer Workflow

Other Jobs To Apply

I am looking for a highly experienced Webflow developer and automation specialist to complete an existing website and implement its full purchase and customer-intake workflow. Short zoom interview required.

The website’s overall design, branding, copy, imagery, and page structure are already complete. This is not a redesign. There are only a few design elements that the previous freelancer did not finish or implement correctly. Those items need to be reviewed and corrected, but most of this project involves technical workflow implementation, mobile optimization, testing, and launch preparation.

The previous freelancer was unable to complete the required technical work correctly and eventually stopped responding, leaving the website unfinished. I now need a dependable expert who can take over the existing Webflow build, correct the remaining issues, implement the workflow properly, and finish the project without requiring a complete rebuild.

Clear communication, attention to detail, and honest disclosure of any technical limitations are essential. I am ready to begin immediately.

This is a new service-based business. Specific business information and website access will be provided only to the selected freelancer.

CURRENT STATUS:

Already completed:

• Overall website design and creative direction

• Branding, fonts, colors, copy, imagery, and media

• Page structure and content organization

• Most desktop design elements

• Stripe account and hosted checkout

Still required:

• Correction of a few unfinished or incorrectly implemented design elements

• Review and correction of typos, broken links, formatting issues, and unfinished details

• Complete mobile optimization

• Purchase and post-purchase workflow implementation

• Questionnaire and multiple-image uploads

• Dropbox organization and automation

• Optional 20-minute scheduling workflow

• Confirmation and reminder emails

• Automated photograph deletion after 30 days

• End-to-end testing and launch preparation

REQUIRED CUSTOMER WORKFLOW:

1. The customer clicks a purchase button on the Webflow website.

2. The customer is taken to my existing Stripe-hosted checkout page to complete a one-time purchase.

3. After successful payment, Stripe redirects the customer to a branded post-purchase questionnaire.

4. A unique Stripe Checkout Session or transaction reference must be securely associated with the questionnaire.

5. The workflow must verify that the Stripe session was successfully paid. It must not rely solely on an editable hidden form field as proof of payment.

6. The questionnaire collects the customer’s contact information and detailed written responses.

7. The questionnaire allows the customer to upload multiple photographs or image files from a computer, iPhone, or Android device.

8. After submission, the questionnaire responses and uploaded files are automatically delivered to Dropbox.

9. A separate Dropbox folder is created for each customer. It should contain:

• Customer name and email address

• Stripe Checkout Session or payment reference

• Questionnaire responses in an easy-to-read format

• All uploaded photographs or image files

• Scheduling information, if the customer books a call

10. The customer receives an automatic confirmation email confirming that the questionnaire and files were received.

11. I receive an automatic notification containing the customer’s information, payment reference, and confirmation that the complete submission was received.

12. The workflow must notify me when someone successfully pays but does not complete the questionnaire.

OPTIONAL SCHEDULING WORKFLOW:

The questionnaire should ask whether the customer would like to schedule an optional complimentary 20-minute call.

If the customer selects yes:

• After submitting the questionnaire, the customer is directed to a mobile-friendly scheduling calendar

• The calendar displays only my available appointment times

• Appointment times display in the customer’s local time zone

• The system prevents double bookings

• The customer can reschedule or cancel

• The appointment is added to my connected calendar

• The customer receives confirmation and reminder emails

• The customer’s name and email should be prefilled where possible

• The appointment must be associated with the correct customer and Stripe purchase

If the customer selects no, the customer proceeds directly to the normal confirmation page.

The developer may recommend Calendly, Acuity, or another dependable scheduling platform. The scheduling account and calendar connection must remain under my ownership.

PHOTOGRAPH PRIVACY AND DELETION:

Customer photographs must be automatically deleted 30 days after submission.

This deletion must cover every location where the photographs are stored, including Dropbox and the selected form platform. Questionnaire responses and necessary transaction records may be retained separately.

The developer must explain how the deletion automation works and demonstrate it during testing.

WEBFLOW AND MOBILE REQUIREMENTS:

The developer must:

• Audit the existing Webflow build before changing it

• Correct unfinished or incorrectly implemented design elements

• Fix typos, broken links, incorrect links, inconsistent formatting, and layout problems

• Confirm that all buttons, menus, anchor links, images, and videos work correctly

• Fully optimize every page for desktop, tablet, iPhone, and Android

• Correct mobile typography, spacing, image cropping, video sizing, navigation, and button placement

• Eliminate overlapping content, cut-off text, horizontal scrolling, distorted media, and excessive blank space

• Optimize images and media for efficient mobile loading

• Test on actual iPhone and Android hardware, not only Webflow’s responsive preview

The mobile experience must feel intentionally designed and polished, not like a compressed desktop website.

TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS:

A solution using Webflow, Stripe-hosted Checkout, Fillout or Jotform, Make, Dropbox, and an appropriate scheduling platform may be suitable. I am open to another dependable recommendation if the applicant explains why it is better.

Please use the simplest reliable solution. I do not want unnecessary custom development or a system that is difficult to maintain.

The implementation must address:

• Verified successful payment

• Stripe Session ID or transaction matching

• Customers who pay but abandon the questionnaire

• Duplicate or repeated submissions

• Failed image uploads

• Confirmation and error messages

• Organized Dropbox delivery

• Optional appointment scheduling

• Automatic 30-day photograph deletion

• Mobile usability

• End-to-end testing

SECURITY AND OWNERSHIP:

All accounts, website assets, forms, automations, calendar connections, integrations, and completed work must remain under my ownership.

The selected freelancer will receive appropriate collaborator access. I will not provide personal passwords or transfer the website out of my Webflow account.

Any required Stripe integration must use a secure connection or minimally permissioned restricted access. I will not provide an unrestricted Stripe secret key.

Please disclose whether you personally perform all work or use subcontractors.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS:

The project will be considered complete only when:

• The remaining design corrections are finished

• Every purchase button works correctly

• Successful Stripe payments are verified and matched to the correct customer

• Stripe redirects customers to the correct questionnaire

• The questionnaire works on desktop, tablet, iPhone, and Android

• Customers can upload multiple images from computers and mobile photo libraries

• Responses and images arrive in the correct Dropbox folder

• Duplicate and abandoned submissions are handled appropriately

• Customer and owner emails are delivered successfully

• The optional scheduling path works correctly

• Calendar confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling work

• Photograph deletion after 30 days is configured and demonstrated

• The website is visually polished across common screen sizes

• There are no known broken links, placeholders, obvious typos, overlapping elements, or mobile formatting problems

• The complete live workflow has been tested from beginning to end

• A recorded walkthrough and handoff have been provided

TO APPLY, PLEASE ANSWER:

1. What exact tools would you use for Webflow, Stripe, the questionnaire, multiple-image uploads, Dropbox, email automation, and scheduling?

2. How will you verify that a Stripe Checkout Session was successfully paid?

3. How will you match each questionnaire, image collection, Dropbox folder, and appointment to the correct payment?

4. What happens if a customer pays but does not complete the questionnaire?

5. How will duplicate submissions and failed uploads be handled?

6. How will photographs be automatically deleted from Dropbox and the form platform after 30 days?

7. Please provide examples of similar Webflow and automation projects you personally completed.

8. How do you test the website and upload workflow on actual iPhone and Android devices?

9. Which paid third-party plans will be required, and what will their ongoing costs be?

10. Can you begin immediately, and how many business days will you need?

11. Please confirm that your fixed-price quote includes the complete scope, testing, publishing, and recorded handoff.

Please begin your proposal with the words “MOBILE WORKFLOW EXPERT” to confirm that you read the complete description. Generic or copy-and-paste proposals will not be considered.
