Regeneron is a leading biotechnology company built on a simple but powerful mission: to use the power of science to bring new medicines to patients, over and over again. Founded and led by physician-scientists, we've turned that mission into one of the industry's most productive pipelines, nearly all of it homegrown in our own laboratories, powered by proprietary technologies like our VelociSuite® platform. From Dupixent and EYLEA to a rapidly expanding portfolio across oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, neuroscience, and rare disease, our science is reaching millions of patients worldwide, and we're just getting started. As we invest billions in new manufacturing capacity, expand our global footprint, and build the next generation of digital and technology capabilities to match the scale of our ambition, Regeneron offers a rare combination: the resources and reach of an industry leader, paired with the energy, curiosity, and relentless focus on invention of a company still writing its next chapter. This is a place where technology doesn't just support the business, it accelerates the science that changes patients' lives. Role Description Regeneron is seeking a Vice President to lead the digital and technology portfolio for Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities Management, Audit, Tax, Treasury and software delivery compliance across G&A. This role will also have accountability for the largest single application environment at Regeneron, our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Fusion platforms. This executive owns the technology backbone for how a leading global biotechnology company manages its finances, engages investors, runs its workplaces, and governs how software is built and released worldwide. Scope & Impact This executive sets enterprise technology strategy across multiple corporate functions and leads through a team of directors and managers. Decisions carry enterprise-level impact on company performance; this individual influences executive stakeholders on the most significant matters and represents technology with external partners. What You'll Lead Set enterprise technology strategy across Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities Management, Audit, Tax, and Treasury, partnering with senior business leaders to align the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Fusion, and related platform roadmaps with corporate strategy, operational priorities, and company-wide performance goals. Lead a multi-team technology organization through directors, managers, and a large network of external professionals. Drive measurable business outcomes by improving key performance indicators such as financial close cycle time, forecast accuracy, working capital visibility, reporting timeliness, controls effectiveness, automation adoption, system reliability, and user productivity across Finance and adjacent corporate functions. Lead the Oracle EBS and Fusion platform strategies, including modernization and integration decisions. Own the multi-year transformation roadmap across Finance and G&A systems, prioritizing investments, sequencing modernization initiatives, simplifying legacy complexity, and driving adoption of new digital capabilities. Establish and govern the Finance data, analytics, and decision intelligence strategy, including data quality, master data alignment, trusted executive reporting, and analytics capabilities that enable faster and more confident business decisions. Drive global operating model and process standardization across regions, legal entities, shared services, and business units, with emphasis on close, planning, procure-to-pay, treasury, tax, audit, and reporting workflows. Manage strategic vendors, managed services, implementation partners, and technology spend with accountability for partner performance, contract outcomes, portfolio prioritization, and financial discipline across the supported systems landscape. Strengthen resilience and operational risk management for mission-critical finance platforms, partnering across cybersecurity, access governance, disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity to protect critical business operations. Define and advance the AI strategy and AI agent roadmap for Regeneron’s financial operations, identifying high-value opportunities to automate work, improve decision support, strengthen controls, and responsibly scale AI-enabled capabilities across Finance and related corporate functions. Direct more than 1,000 integration points between Regeneron’s financial applications and boundary systems. Support the systems strategy and delivery capabilities for global financial consolidations, statutory reporting, and operational performance reporting. Own the technology systems and controls supporting Audit, Tax, and Treasury, and establish enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards and governance across the Commercial and G&A technology organization. Ensure SOX-compliant technology operations across in-scope financial systems, with accountability for effective controls execution, audit readiness, remediation of control gaps, and consistently strong internal and external audit results. What You Bring BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred. 18+ years of progressive technology leadership, including finance systems and enterprise platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion. Candidates with extensive SAP FI/CO leadership experience may be considered. A history of successful executive command of finance technology, investor relations, facilities/real estate systems, and audit, tax, or treasury platforms; familiarity with SDLC governance frameworks is a plus. 5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
