Creative & Design Specialist<br><br><strong>Role Type:</strong> Contractor<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, Worldwide<br><br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Flexible<br><br>Role Overview<br><br>micro1 is engaging <strong>Creative & Design Specialists</strong> to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.<br><br>You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. <strong>Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.</strong> Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.<br><br>Scope of Work<br><br><ul><li>Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.</li><li>Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.</li><li>Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.</li><li>Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.</li><li>Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.</li><li>Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.</li><li>Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Graphic Design</li><li>Video Editing</li><li>Motion Graphics</li><li>UI/UX Design</li><li>Figma</li><li>Canva</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>DaVinci Resolve</li><li>CorelDRAW</li><li>CLO3D</li><li>Camtasia</li><li>Adobe Lightroom</li><li>Mural / Milanote</li><li>AI Training / Human Data Evaluation</li><li>Attention to Detail<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.</li><li>Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.</li><li>Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.</li><li>Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.</li><li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).</li><li>No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.</li><li>Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.<br></li></ul>
