We’re looking for an amazing sales professional to join our team as a Personal Cruise Consultant. This is a fully remote/work from home position. You’ll be responsible for making outbound sales calls to guests interested in Holland America Line’s cruises, building relationships to develop referrals and repeat business, managing your database by contacting guests at the right time with the right message, using excellent listening skills, and asking qualified discovery questions to close sales.

Here’s what Holland America Line is looking for in its Personal Cruise Consultant. Is this you?

Successful candidates will have:

  • Strong sales skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to master new computer systems; prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred

You will be a relationship-based sales consultant, placing 40-60 outbound calls and generating 100+ outbound emails daily, responsible for meeting performance metrics and objectives.

Compensation:

  • Minimum $15/hour (varies by location)
  • Guaranteed incentives during training and post-training
  • Estimated first-year earnings: $50k–$80k+ depending on performance

Your PCC Journey:

After application and assessment, successful candidates will complete a virtual interview and then 10-12 weeks of paid training. Post-training, your earning potential grows as you build your book of business. The training class begins on October 20th, 2025.

Hours for training: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM PST, with 1 hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Weekends as needed. A 12-month commitment post-training is required.

This position is 100% remote, US only. (Note: Not available in certain states listed in the original description.)

Holland America Line will provide work equipment and cover a monthly internet support allowance of $50, provided your internet meets specified speed and connection requirements.
