As a Sales Representative, you'll focus on building strong relationships, growing accounts, and creating new opportunities while sharing our brand story. You'll be on the front lines training staff, supporting retailers, and ensuring our partners are set up for success.</p><p><br></p><p>We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering growth through connections, strategy, and a passion for selling.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Travel regularly within the assigned territory to visit retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships.</li><li>Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement, product education, and new business development.</li><li>Identify and onboard new retail accounts to expand market presence.</li><li>Ensure Sylvie Jewelry is represented in-store according to brand standards, including merchandising and display quality</li><li>Partner with clients to analyze inventory levels, optimize stock, and improve product turnover.</li><li>Assist retailers with order placement, quotes, and product selection.</li><li>Utilize strong selling and negotiation skills to close sales and maximize account performance.</li><li>Support and execute in-store events, including trunk shows and promotional activations.</li><li>Provide market feedback and insights to leadership on trends, competition, and opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Territory & Travel Expectations</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a defined geographic territory; specific details will be shared during the process and may evolve based on business needs</li><li>Provide occasional support in adjacent territories as needed</li><li>Travel frequently within the territory, including both driving and air travel (up to 3-4 weeks per month during peak busy seasons)</li><li>Participate in weekend work during peak seasons, including trunk shows, events, and trade shows</li><li>Support inside sales and business development initiatives during slower periods, as needed</li><li>Maintain flexibility in schedule based on business and customer needs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (jewelry, luxury goods, or wholesale experience preferred)</li><li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting is a plus</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism as a representative of the Sylvie brand</li><li>Willingness to adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements</li><li>Ability to travel safely and comply with company safety and security guidelines</li></ul><p><br></p>
