<div><br/><br/>*We are open to remote candidates for this role<br/><br/>What You'll Do <br/><br/>The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a key role in advancing the Direct Division's CRM capabilities by leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360 to deliver intelligent, data-driven experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, high-impact solutions that blend declarative design, automation, and emerging agentic AI capabilities. <br/><br/><ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360 to support evolving business and operational needs.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Lead the implementation and customization of Agentforce and Data 360 capabilities, enabling intelligent workflows, AI-driven automations, contextual insights, and predictive decision-making.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Apply hands-on AI experience, including prompt engineering and generative AI tools, to enhance Salesforce-powered analytics, automation, reporting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, APIs, and external data sources while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and scalability.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Champion a "configuration-before-code" development philosophy, leveraging declarative tools wherever practical while implementing custom development when necessary.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, flows, and integrations to extend platform functionality and support complex business requirements.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce platform performance, proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, data teams, security, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Contribute to technical strategy and platform evolution by reducing technical debt, promoting reusable design patterns, and establishing Salesforce development best practices.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Stay current on emerging Salesforce, AI, and automation technologies, evaluating and implementing innovations that improve business outcomes and developer productivity.</li></ul><br/><br/>What You'll Bring <br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have proven expertise extending the Salesforce platform, passion to drive innovation, and be intrinsically motivated to deliver successful results. <br/><br/><ul><li>7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud environments.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, integrations, security models, and declarative automation.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Strong experience architecting and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and external data sources.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Practical experience leveraging AI technologies, including prompt engineering and generative AI tools, to improve automation, analytics, customer engagement, or operational efficiency.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform governance, release management, DevOps, and scalable design best practices.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, security, and business stakeholders.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from design through deployment.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul><br/><br/>Preferred Certifications <br/><br/><ul><li>Salesforce Administrator</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant certifications</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Salesforce AI Associate or other AI-related certifications are a plus</li></ul><br/><br/>Pay Range: $148,600.00 - $198,200.00 Annually<br/><br/>This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
