As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring that the raw data we collect is accurate, complete, and ready for analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Validation: Accurately input survey responses, product reviews, and other online data into our secure systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Review entries for consistency, completeness, and adherence to data standards.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via an online ticketing system, using pre‑approved templates and best‑practice guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Compliance & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and adhere to all data protection policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Market Research, Analytics, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless data delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry, customer support, or a related field.
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer (PC or Mac) that is 3–4 years old or newer.
  • Ability to work independently from home while maintaining high productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
