We partner with leading brands, publishers, and creative platforms—including Blurb.com, our consumer-facing self-publishing brand—to bring ideas to life at global scale.</p><p><br></p><p>RPI/Blurb is seeking a detail-oriented <strong>project-based/contract </strong>Senior Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud) to support our Sales organization in improving the quality, accuracy, and usability of our Salesforce environment. This contract position will focus on cleaning and organizing CRM data, standardizing records, identifying duplicates and inconsistencies, and helping establish a stronger foundation for reporting and future sales operations.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for someone with Salesforce experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating with sales leadership to ensure the CRM is an accurate and reliable business tool.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Data Model & Segmentation</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Audit existing Account and Opportunity fields to identify gaps in prospect/customer segmentation</li><li>Design and implement new custom fields on Account and Opportunity objects to support improved segmentation and reporting.</li><li>Update page layouts and field-level security to reflect new data model.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales Process Redesign</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Review current Opportunity stage configuration and identify where deals are stalling in the funnel.</li><li>Redesign and implement Opportunity Stages (including stage probabilities and required fields) to give accurate funnel visibility.</li><li>Create and configure separate Record Types and Sales Processes for the inbound funnel vs. enterprise outbound motion, including distinct page layouts and picklist values for each.</li><li>Configure assignment rules or lead routing as needed to support the two motions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Data Cleanup & Governance </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and merge duplicate Account, Contact, and Lead records.</li><li>Establish or apply duplicate/matching rules to prevent future duplication.</li><li>Review and close/update aging or stale Opportunities per an agreed criteria (e.g., no activity in X days)</li><li>Document data cleanup actions taken for audit purposes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Reporting & Dashboards</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Audit existing reports and dashboards for usage/relevance (via run history or metadata)</li><li>Assist with importing, exporting, and updating Salesforce data using appropriate tools.</li><li>Archive or delete unused/redundant reports and dashboards</li><li>Build new reports and dashboards reflecting updated stages, record types, and segmentation fields, including funnel/stage-conversion visibility for inbound vs. enterprise pipelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud specifically)</li><li>Salesforce Certified Administrator required; or Advanced Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience working in a B2B sales org with both inbound and outbound enterprise motions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Demonstrated experience with:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Custom object/field design and page layout management</li><li>Record Types, Sales Processes and Opportunity stage configuration</li><li>Data deduplication and cleanup projects (merging records, dedupe rules/tools)</li><li>Report and dashboard design and rationalization</li><li>Ability to work independently and make recommendations</li><li>Comfortable documenting changes and training end users on new configuration</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Assignment Details</strong></p><ul><li>Temporary contract position.</li><li>Flexible schedule based on project needs.</li><li>Remote or hybrid depending on business requirements.</li><li>Duration to be determined based on project scope.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Core Values</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At RPI/Blurb, our values shape how we work, lead, and grow together:</p><ul><li><strong>Be Trustworthy</strong> — Act with integrity</li><li><strong>Act with Ownership</strong> — Excellence beyond expectations</li><li><strong>Deliver an Extraordinary Customer Experience</strong> — Exceed customer expectations</li><li><strong>Be Adaptable</strong> — Focus on the opportunity</li><li><strong>Bias for Action</strong> — Take smart risks, learn from new mistakes</li><li><strong>Embrace Sustainability</strong> — Create a sustainable future together</li></ul><p><br></p>
