Responsibilities

  • A portfolio of retail partners is managed with clear end-to-end ownership, high-quality support, and measurable long-term partnership success as the primary strategic contact at Instacart

  • Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes: revenue growth, product adoption, or operational improvements within an account portfolio
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or resources to deliver on partner or client commitments, without direct management authority
  • Experience in e-commerce, grocery, retail, or marketplace platforms, with familiarity in how digital storefronts, fulfillment, and online grocery operations work
  • Demonstrated ability to build and present executive-level business reviews or strategic roadmaps to senior retail or CPG leadership
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments where priorities shift and the ability to adapt quickly is essential
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to advocate for partner needs and inform roadmap decisions

Benefits

  • Employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events.

    9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

    10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
