Regional Educators (RE) support sales through education. Regional Educators work closely with their territory’s Regional Manager and Business Development Representatives to strategically deliver education that leads to overall growth of the region.<br><br>In this role, you will travel within your region to conduct educational presentations and other events. You will customize each training to meet the specific business objectives of each customer while creating the ideal adult learning environment to ensure information retention, customer loyalty and brand awareness. Planning and achieving the clear objectives set by the account’s Business Development Representative and/or Regional Manager will be crucial to your success.<br><br>KPIs may include account growth that exceeds the overall growth of our professional business post-seminar, increased SKU count and/or usage and increased new account acquisition, average opening order value, independent contractor mentoring and monthly/annual goals set forth by the Sr. Director of Education.<br><br><em>Please note, this is a heavy travel role, including some nights and weekends.<br><br></em><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deliver training to: Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Aestheticians, RNs, PAs and industry related support staff</li><li>Travel to and/or facilitate virtually to conduct customized In-Office, Residency or Aesthetic School educational experiences</li><li>Travel as needed to support customer needs, including regional events, industry trade shows and open houses</li><li>Work with each Business Development Representative and Regional Manager to set and accomplish specific business development goals for each account through education</li><li>Effectively communicate cross-functionally pre and post-seminar, on weekly conference calls, etc. </li><li>Deliver outstanding education experiences while creating the ideal adult learning environment that will prepare prospects and new customers for financial success</li><li>Mentor and develop licensed skin health professionals</li><li>Manage learner follow-up and related communication with the account’s Business Development Representative, Regional Manager and Sr. Dir. of Education</li><li>Demonstrate PCA SKIN® and Elta MD® treatment protocols by facilitating hands-on practice in a classroom or a clinical setting</li><li>Adapt quickly to unique learning styles in diverse environments</li><li>Demonstrate professionalism and organizational skills at all times </li><li>Book travel, respecting guidelines and budget </li><li>Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings and trainings</li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds when necessary<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>You are a licensed aesthetician, nurse or medical professional with a license in good standing with 5+ years of hands-on practice</li><li>2+ years experience in a dedicated educator role (skincare-related education delivered to aesthetic and medical practices preferred)</li><li>You are at least 18 years old </li><li>You are a PCA SKIN® Certified Professional </li><li>You have a valid driver's license with no travel limitations</li><li>You have prior training, facilitation and/or public speaking experience and have excellent presentation skills</li><li>You have above average knowledge in skin health, skin conditions, and are familiar with advanced modalities and treatments</li><li>You have exceptional knowledge of skin disease pathways, ingredient benefits/mechanism of action, and formulations as a whole </li><li>You have experience with aesthetic medical devices (ie, IPL, LED, dermaplaning, microneedling, non-ablative and ablative lasers, etc)</li><li>You must speak fluent English; fluency in other languages is preferred</li><li>You live in relative proximity to an International airport</li><li>You are comfortable with technology (ie, Zoom, Google Suite, Powerpoint etc)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications: <br><br></strong><ul><li>You have the ability to travel short and long distances for extended periods of time</li><li>You are reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet or exceed defined goals</li><li>You are an excellent communicator</li><li>You are a dynamic presenter that is focused on the needs of the learner and has the ability to think outside of the box to find solutions to challenges that may arise</li><li>You are a change maker always looking for ways to improve performance with the ability to drive a high standard for yourself and others</li><li>You are results-driven</li><li>You are emotionally intelligent, coachable and a self-starter</li><li>You are collaborative with a strong sense of team<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation And Benefits<br><br></strong>Salary Range $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD<br><br>Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.<br><br>Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
