Job Summary

  • Attend daily team check-ins via Microsoft Teams and weekly progress meetings

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging strategy and targeting

  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and contribute to sales pipeline growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound SDR, BDR, or cold calling roles (B2B preferred)

  • Fluent English speaker with confident phone communication and minimal accent

  • Experience with Close CRM, HubSpot, or other sales tools (or ability to learn fast)

  • Comfortable working night shift/full-time remotely

  • Familiarity and experience with time-tracking tools such as Hubstaff

  • Strong organizational and self-starting skills, strong time management, and attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy, especially with AI tools like ChatGPT or Notion

  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps), quiet work environment, webcam

Preferred Location

Applicants from the Philippines or India are strongly encouraged to apply due to their alignment with the required working hours and their cultural familiarity with U.S. IT buyers.

Compensation & Perks

  • Trial Day: $20 for a paid 4-hour shift

  • Base Salary: Starts at $600/month, with potential to reach $1,200/month through performance

  • Bonus Structure:

    • $10 per qualified meeting beyond baseline

    • $25 per converted discovery/pilot meeting

    • $100–$200 for reaching 20–30 meetings per month

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
