Position Overview – Part‑Time Customer Success Associate (Remote, Evening & Weekend)

Location:

Remote (United States)

Shift:

Friday – Sunday, 2 pm – 10 pm EST (flexible based on business needs)

Employment Type:

Temporary (with potential conversion to permanent after 3 months)

Compensation:

As a

Customer Success Associate

at skillspath, you will be the friendly voice and helpful hands that guide shoppers through every step of their journey—whether they are browsing the latest collection, troubleshooting an order, or simply seeking style advice. You will work closely with a supportive Customer Success Supervisor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that each interaction not only resolves the immediate need but also deepens the customer’s connection to the skillspath brand.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

    Engage Customers Across Channels:

    Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat messages with a warm, relatable tone that reflects skillspath’s brand personality.

      Guide the Shopping Experience:

      Assist new and returning shoppers in navigating the website, selecting rental items, and understanding subscription options.

        Resolve Order Inquiries:

        Answer questions about order status, sizing, returns, and billing with accuracy and empathy.

          Achieve Interaction Targets:

          Complete a minimum of 70 meaningful customer interactions per shift while maintaining quality standards.

            Empower Decision‑Making:

            Use discretion to solve problems on the spot, balancing customer satisfaction with skillspath’s business objectives.

              Collect & Share Feedback:

              Capture insights from conversations and relay them to product, marketing, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

                Support Special Projects:

                Volunteer for ad‑hoc initiatives such as seasonal promotions, training sessions, or process‑enhancement tasks.

                  Maintain Documentation:

                  Accurately log each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future analysis.

                  Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

                  • Minimum

                  2 years

                  of experience in a customer‑service, support, or related role, preferably within e‑commerce or fashion.

                  • Reliable, high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace that meets skillspath’s remote‑work standards.
                  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
                  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly, while staying aligned with company policies.
                  • Strong sense of empathy combined with an understanding of business metrics such as SLA adherence and customer lifetime value.
                  • Self‑motivated, independent worker who thrives in a remote setting and can manage time effectively.
