Supports digital experience strategy for the department and system technologies.Responsibilities:* Provides oversight of new technology implementations in all digital channels.* Completes all incoming intermediate-level requests for design and technical build. Delegates simple content updates to appropriate team members. Responds directly to patient complaints.* Maintains existing content management systems and provides project management support for the implementation of new and emerging technologies, such as conversational AI and CRM tool integrations.* Builds and maintains reporting dashboards and analytics.* Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
