What to Expect The Compensation Concierge drives our mission by helping employees understand their compensation. As part of our Employee Answer Bar the Compensation Concierge will be dedicated to helping employees understand and navigate compensation. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative, and trustworthy.  What You’ll Do - Provide expert assistance to employees regarding questions related to their compensation and stock awards - Serve as a knowledgeable resource at the employee answer bar and over email, offering prompt and accurate responses to inquiries - Collaborate with HR, stock administration, compensation partners, and payroll teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of compensation-related matters - Stay updated on company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations to provide informed guidance - Assist in the development and implementation of compensation education programs for employees - Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols - Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to employees at various levels - Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service - Familiarity with HR software and tools for efficient issue resolution - Prior experience in HR, compensation, or related roles is preferred - Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: - Aetna PPO and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options with $0 payroll deduction - Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits - Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution - Company Paid (Health Savings Account) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High Deductible Aetna medical plan with HSA - Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits - Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance - Employee Assistance Program - Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions), and Paid Holidays - Back-up childcare and parenting support resources - Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance - Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs - Tesla Babies program - Commuter benefits - Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $64,000 - $234,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
