As an Amazon Warehouse Technician in Santa Clarita, CA, your primary focus is the safe and efficient operation of the equipment that keeps the warehouse moving. You will conduct pre-shift inspections, operate powered industrial tools, and report any issues that require maintenance before they become bigger problems. Safety compliance is central to this role — you will follow Amazon’s strict protocols and help reinforce them with the team around you.

You may also be asked to assist with basic upkeep tasks and act as a point of contact for equipment-related questions on the floor.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Operating warehouse equipment including conveyors, carts, and powered tools
  • Conducting daily pre-shift equipment inspections
  • Reporting maintenance needs and safety hazards to facility management
  • Adhering to all Amazon safety standards and OSHA guidelines
