Per client requirements: Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder status

Required: Salesforce Service Cloud experience

Required: Recent P&C Insurance industry

 

OVERVIEW:

The SalesforceBusinessAnalyst will work across teams to enhance the usage and functionality of Salesforce.

  • This includes working with a variety of managers and use cases, and understanding both the business need and the system functionality.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong Business Analyst who understands Salesforce and workflows, and can develop automated and scalable processes to meet our various teams’ needs.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interface with Salesforce users to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Understand and follow change controls processes, guiding users and business leaders through the change process as it relates to Salesforce
  • Create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that will meet customer business needs
  • Build and maintain documentation of implemented flows versus conceived and original designs
  • Work with the internal readiness and training organization to ensure new functionalities are clearly documented and reflected accurately in training materials
  • Deploy new Salesforce capabilities to improve organization productivity, automate non-value add manual tasks and continuously improve various teams’ usage of Salesforce

Required:

  • 6+ years of professional Business Analyst Experience
  • 5+ years working with Salesforce environment
  • Preferred - Salesforce Certifications
  • A plus - Prior insurance industry experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate business processes through the use of written documents and diagrams
  • Experience designing Salesforce reports and dashboards that clearly communicate operational status and analytical trends
  • Experience designing comprehensive test plans with measurable testing criteria

Preferred Experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience with Salesforce and prior experience working with business units to develop their usage and functionality of the CRM
