This is a <strong>03+ Months Contract</strong> opportunity with long-term potential and is located in <strong>Baltimore, MD (Remote)</strong>. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Workiva CPN Onboarding Contractor Support</li><li>Seeking contractor support to assist with onboarding newly acquired entities into Workiva and supporting ESG data collection setup.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements and Technology Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>GHG Data Collection Support</li><li>Time frame: October-December 2026</li><li>Create Workiva data collection files based on existing survey templates.</li><li>Populate pages using provided survey/questionnaire content.</li><li>Connect each page to the appropriate Wdata table.</li><li>Document and maintain connection IDs in a designated Workiva tracking sheet.</li><li>Review page setup for completeness, accuracy, proper data connectivity, and connection documentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot and correct minor configuration or connection issues as identified.</li><li>Add new sources to GHG data collection hub</li><li>Input historic GHG data to new sources</li><li>Input historic GHG data for fleet</li><li>Estimated total volume for GHG data collection support: 200-250 hours.</li><li>Non-GHG Data Collection Support (Data Collection System)</li><li>Time frame: October – January 2027</li><li>Validate and compile final list of data providers and integrated metrics.</li><li>Add data providers to Workiva system and support assignment of collection responsibilities.</li><li>Validate that data is properly flowing through CSR data tables and populating associated reports as expected.</li><li>Perform additional audit and quality-control checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of collected data.</li><li>Compare metric definitions and calculation methodologies from integration work to what is currently in Workiva.</li><li>Identify differences and gaps and compile a spreadsheet with each metric and either a confirmed definition and calculation method, or the identified differences and/or gap.</li><li>Compile updated metric definition and calculation methodologies as confirmed by data owners and enter into Workiva.</li><li>Non-GHG Data Collection Support (User Onboarding)</li><li>Time frame: November – January 2027</li><li>Develop onboarding and user-support materials, including user guides and reference documentation.</li><li>Provide general onboarding support and adoption assistance during rollout.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Our client is a leading <strong>electric and gas utility Industry,</strong> and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
