This role drives day-to-day execution within a core department while supporting broader site and company initiatives. You will partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strong business results, enhance team performance, and bring Stitch Fix’s culture and values to life.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a large team of hourly employees to achieve daily operational and throughput goals</li><li>Own daily workforce planning and execution, using data to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to support employee growth and engagement</li><li>Manage operational processes such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and operational systems (e.g., workforce management platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards) to analyze performance and improve decision-making</li><li>Champion innovation by implementing new processes, encouraging feedback, and driving efficiency improvements<br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>4+ years of experience in a direct people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams</li><li>Experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or operational environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive daily execution and continuous improvement</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work on the floor for extended periods (8+ hours) in a hands-on leadership role</li><li>Flexibility is important, as you should be available to address issues outside of standard business hours, and willing to work on nights or weekends as required.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and comfort learning new technologies</li><li>Schedule & Availability: This role follows a Wednesday–Saturday schedule. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
