  • Follow applicable DOT requirements and Company safety procedures
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and other departments to support delivery priorities
  • Assist with warehouse and general logistics activities when needed
  • Experienced candidates may assist with route coordination, issue resolution, process improvements, and training other drivers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate deliveries

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, loading, and unloading
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Experience level and demonstrated capability will be considered when determining the appropriate position level and compensation.

What We Offer

  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with Company match up to 5%
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Performance bonus opportunities

For experienced drivers, the position also provides opportunities to take on greater responsibility in route coordination, logistics support, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
