We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and growth-focused Virtual Social Media Manager to manage the Instagram and TikTok accounts for two emerging vitamin and wellness brands.

Our primary goal is to consistently grow followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness through strong organic social content.

We already have a library of raw photo and video content, product imagery, lifestyle content, UGC-style footage, and other brand assets for you to work with.

You will NOT be responsible for shooting or producing content from scratch.

Your role will be to organize, edit, repurpose, package, schedule, and publish these assets in ways that feel native to Instagram and TikTok and are designed to drive growth.

POSTING CADENCE

For EACH brand:

* Instagram: 1 post per day

* TikTok: 2 posts per day

Approximately 6 published pieces of content per day across both brands.

Content can and should be intelligently repurposed across platforms when appropriate. We are not expecting six completely original productions every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will manage the social presence of two separate brands, each with its own identity, audience, and content strategy.

Responsibilities include:

* Organize and manage our existing library of raw photo and video assets

* Edit raw video into engaging TikTok/Reels-style content

* Turn photography and existing assets into engaging Instagram content

* Repurpose strong content into multiple posts, edits, hooks, and formats

* Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar

* Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok

* Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and on-screen copy

* Research relevant TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats, memes, and conversations

* Identify opportunities to use our existing assets in ways that align with current trends

* Develop new content concepts and provide direction on additional content we should capture

* Engage with comments and relevant accounts to help build community

* Monitor competitors and emerging trends within wellness, vitamins, beauty, fitness, and lifestyle

* Track follower growth, reach, views, engagement, saves, shares, and other key metrics

* Provide regular reporting on performance and recommendations

* Test different hooks, formats, posting times, and creative approaches based on performance

We are not looking for someone who simply fills a content calendar.

We want someone who is constantly thinking:

“How can I make these accounts grow?”

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You should:

* Have experience managing and growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts

* Understand short-form video and what makes someone stop scrolling

* Have strong knowledge of current TikTok and Instagram culture

* Be comfortable editing content using CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools

* Be able to take raw footage and turn it into polished, social-first content

* Be highly organized and comfortable managing a large library of content

* Be able to work independently without needing daily direction

* Have strong written English and copywriting skills

* Understand the difference between simply posting content and actually building an audience

* Be capable of managing two distinct brands simultaneously

Experience with vitamins, supplements, wellness, beauty, fitness, skincare, or consumer products is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of responsible supplement marketing and avoiding unsupported health claims is a major plus.

MONTHLY RETAINER

This will be a monthly ongoing position, not a per-post project.
