UPDATED SCOPE - ONE FIXED-PRICE PACKAGE

Phoenix Studio builds business websites, online shops, portfolios and custom web projects for clients across the USA. We need seven short variations for our YouTube channel. Use one consistent editing template, but change the opening, useful tip, screen example and ending in each version. If seven cannot fit this budget, propose THREE finished videos (numbers 1, 2 and 3 below). Confirm the exact count before we hire you. Do not start work until a contract is active.

Proposed freelancer payment: $50 fixed price for the whole package. We have a strict total budget including platform fees. This is not $50 per video. We prefer editors outside the U.S. with typical rates around $6/hour (maximum $7/hour). Please quote the fixed package you can deliver fairly within this scope; no unpaid work is requested.

DELIVERABLES

Seven 18-30 second vertical MP4s (1080x1920), or three if agreed before hiring. Clear English narration, readable captions, distinct endings, editable project file, SRTs, and commercially usable source assets. One small revision round for the package. Reuse layout, transitions and branding to keep the work efficient. No filming, actor booking, publishing or account access required.

Use our public site, labeled illustrative website mockups, and simple text animation. Our public Phoenix head logo will be supplied. Music is optional. Your own voice or a licensed synthetic voice is acceptable; identify generated assets and do not clone a person's voice. No fake testimonials, client results, guaranteed sales, AI-free claims, competitor footage or invented pricing. Use only assets licensed for commercial social posts and paid advertising.

SEVEN SCRIPTS AND ENDINGS

1 - Quote button

Business owners: can a visitor find your quote button on a phone? Put a clear request button near the top. Make the next step easy to see. Phoenix builds websites for businesses. Get three practical fixes with a free website audit. Visit Phoenix Websites dot A I. The audit link is on our channel.

Visual: show an illustrative request button near the top of a mobile page.

2 - Clear audience

Your website says what you do. Does it say who you help? Name your audience beside your services, so visitors can check before they contact you. Phoenix can help make that clear. Want a second set of eyes? Request a free website audit through our channel link.

Visual: highlight a clearly labeled example audience.

3 - Project photos

Show visitors what you offer. Group your real project photos by type, like products and services. Use clear labels and get permission before sharing client photos. Phoenix builds websites that explain your work. See what your website could improve. Our channel has the free audit link.

Visual: original mockup gallery marked Illustrative example; use licensed images, not fake Phoenix client work.

4 - Phone readability

Open your website on your phone. Can you read the service text without zooming? Keep the type clear and the paragraphs short. Give each section one job. Phoenix helps businesses make their websites easier to use. Start with three practical fixes. Request your free audit from our channel.

Visual: readable mobile text comparison on an original labeled mockup.

5 - Short contact form

Does your contact form ask too much at once? Start with the details you actually need to answer the request. Explain what happens after someone submits it. Phoenix builds clear contact paths for businesses. Let us review yours. The free website audit link is on our channel.

Visual: short illustrative form; do not submit any real form.

6 - Clear services

A visitor should not have to guess which services you offer. Name your services in plain words. Put the useful details where people can find them. Work directly with Carter at Phoenix to improve your website. Bring us your questions. Request a free audit through our channel link.

Visual: clear product and service labels on a mockup.

7 - Three checks

Check three things on your website today: your audience, your project photos, and your contact button. Are they clear on a phone? Phoenix can review the page and suggest three practical fixes. No purchase is required for the audit. Visit Phoenix Websites dot A I and use the audit link on our channel.

Visual: three-item checklist with matching mobile closeups.

Each end card: PHOENIXWEBSITES.AI / FREE WEBSITE AUDIT / LINK ON OUR CHANNEL. Keep text away from YouTube's bottom and right-side controls. Match the website's dark, orange and gold branding. Clearly mark mockups as illustrative. No long logo introduction.

TIMING

Please propose your earliest realistic delivery. Target a first draft within three business days and the completed package within five business days after the contract starts. State any different timeline before we agree.

PROPOSAL

Confirm 7 or 3 videos, your fixed package price, earliest delivery date, editing software, voice approach, commercial usage rights, and two relevant examples you may share. Keep all communication and payment on Upwork. One editor will be hired for this package; ongoing work is not guaranteed.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
