Position Overview

The Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative is a fully remote, night‑shift role that serves as the critical bridge between our customers and the field technicians who resolve their service needs. Working primarily from 10 PM to 6 AM Central Time, you will reputed company inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, dispatch qualified technicians using our proprietary platforms (Service reputed company and reputed company), and ensure that every interaction reflects arenaflex’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
