About the role

We're looking for a Technical Writer to join our remote team and help create clear, accurate documentation for technical services and APIs. In this role, you'll work on documentation that helps developers, partners, and customers understand complex technical systems. You'll transform technical information into accessible guides, references, and visual materials that make services easier to use.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical writing skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly supports customer success and partner enablement.

What you'll do

  • Create and refine API documentation, ensuring it's accurate, clear, and easy to follow
  • Write comprehensive guides for new services, including implementation steps, reference materials, and best practices
  • Develop visual diagrams and flowcharts to explain complex system interactions
  • Work with developers, architects, and product teams to gather information and understand technical concepts
  • Support customer and partner questions to help with smooth onboarding and adoption
  • Keep documentation updated as features and capabilities evolve
  • Manage multiple documentation projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
  • Help build consistent documentation practices across the organization

Skills/background needed

  • Experience writing technical documentation or API guides (no minimum years required; we welcome eager learners)
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to different audiences
  • Comfortable using documentation tools and familiar with API documentation formats
  • Experience creating diagrams, flowcharts, or technical visuals (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
  • Organized approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
