<div><p><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p></p><p><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p></p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p></p><p><b>How will you make an impact:</b></p><p>As Sr. Manager, Talent Management, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, coach, and change agent to global business and functional leaders. To achieve this, you will collaborate with other members of the Talent Platform, HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop and support the execution of forward-thinking strategies in the areas of talent management, organizational development, performance management, succession management, and career development for critical talent populations.</p><p></p><p>The right candidate will thrive working in project teams in a matrix environment and believe in the power of simple, scalable, practical talent solutions that can be measured to demonstrate high impact. </p><p></p><p><b>What you will contribute:</b></p><p><b>HR Analytics and Data Driven Insights: </b>Use data and people metrics dashboards to identify gaps in talent attraction and management, and support continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities, as well as influence change in talent strategies.</p><p><b>Project/Process Management: </b>Lead core Talent Management processes and process improvement projects that support annual HR processes. Drive consistent and connected talent management mechanisms to identify and develop top talent, manage succession pipelines for critical roles, and track/manage measures of success.</p><p><b>Talent Advocate:</b> Translate strategic priorities into innovative talent actions and solutions that advance the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of colleagues.</p><p><b>Consultation:</b> Listen and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in. Advise business leaders on talent management strategies in the context of their business objectives. Advise on solutions that enhance leadership skills and accountability, driving talent development. Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of development solutions and make necessary adjustments.</p><p><b>Organizational Adaptability and Resolve: </b>Build partnerships with site, HR, and business leaders to guide talent activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement. Establish a solid organizational network that promotes core, common, and consistent activities.</p><p><b>How you will get here:</b></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor6s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>PHR/SPHR and other professional certification is desirable.</li></ul><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>5 years of comprehensive HR experience in a global environment; prior experience as a business partner, preferred.</li><li>Expertise in implementing business and change programs and processes that yield positive results.</li><li>Proven results partnering within a matrix and with HR COE partners to reach consensus and achieve favorable outcomes.</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>Broad knowledge of human capital practices and HR domain expertise, including (but not limited to): performance review processes, performance management, succession management, recruiting and onboarding.</li><li>Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills, regularly turning data into insights and action.</li><li>Outstanding project management, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Effective consultation skills with the ability to influence leaders.</li><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with a high level of tact and composure.</li><li>Skilled in cultivating and developing professional relationships with leadership, subordinates, and peers.</li></ul><p><b>No relocation assistance provided at this time</b></p><p></p><p><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00 6$194,950.00.<p></p><p>This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
