This role combines hands-on content creation — short-form writing, video, and executive interviews — with strategic direction of long-form hero assets such as whitepapers, produced in partnership with our content strategist. The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of creativity, narrative, and analysis, and will partner closely with Demand Marketing to ensure the right content exists to support their programs, and with Digital and Demand Marketing to understand how that content performs.<br><br><strong> Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC Helix’s and your own success: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Short-Form & Multi-Format Content Creation: Develop short-form content across formats — blog, social, and video — translating campaign narrative and strategy into engaging, channel-ready assets, with the Social Media team owning day-to-day posting, channel management, and amplification through the evangelist program. </li><li> Video Production & Interviews: Plan and produce video content for social and campaigns, including interviewing Helix executives to capture their insight and translate it into compelling video and written content. </li><li> Long-Form Content Direction: Set strategic direction for long-form hero assets executed by our content strategist; coordinate closely with her on scheduling; own the end-to-end content production pipeline across both IC and long-form work, ensuring assets move through design and into production on schedule. </li><li> Editing & AI-Enabled Content Development: Edit and refine content such as customer stories, leveraging AI tools to accelerate quality and throughput. </li><li> Demand + Digital Partnership: Partner with the Demand and Digital Marketing teams as internal customers to ensure the right content is available to support campaigns and programs. </li><li> Content Performance & Analysis: Partner with Digital and Demand Marketing on content performance analysis; fully participate in interpreting performance data to inform future content decisions. <br><br></li></ul><strong> To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience: 6+ years creating content across written, video, and social formats, ideally within B2B marketing, communications, or journalism. This role has a meaningful individual contributor component, suited to someone with meaningful career tenure who wants to stay hands-on with content. </li><li> Creativity & Narrative: Strong storytelling instincts; able to translate complex, technical topics into content that resonates across formats and audiences. </li><li> Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with content performance data to inform and improve future content decisions. </li><li> Versatility & Growth Trajectory: Comfortable moving between hands-on content creation, production/program management, and executive-facing interviews; an entrepreneurial self-starter who can build and scale the function over time. </li><li> AI Fluency: Hands-on comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate editing and content production. </li><li> Coordination & Follow-Through: Strong organizational skills and follow-through coordinating deadlines and deliverables with other contributors, even without formal people-management experience. </li><li> Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Work Here? Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.<br><br>At Helix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $132,975 - $221,625
