We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team and help grow our social media presence through engaging, informative content that strengthens our brand and deepens engagement with our audience.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll be the strategic owner of our social media channels across all major platforms. You'll lead content ideas, plan production, coordinate across teams, manage publishing schedules, engage with our community, and optimize performance to ensure each platform delivers a consistent, high-quality experience.

This role involves bringing structure and consistency to social media workflows. You'll work with project management and publishing tools while collaborating cross-functionally with production, brand, customer experience, and other teams to ensure our social media presence supports both our customers and broader business goals.

Social Media Strategy & Channel Planning

Develop and evolve platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Define channel objectives, publishing schedules, content types, and engagement approaches. Use performance data and trends to guide content direction and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

Publishing & Calendar Management

Manage the social media calendar, maintaining a clear rolling schedule across all channels. Own the end-to-end publishing workflow to ensure content is reviewed, approved, scheduled, and published on time. Coordinate cross-functionally to reflect campaigns, events, partnerships, and company culture in your content. Maintain and optimize all platform bios, profile images, links, and calls to action.

Content Production & Creative Direction

Lead content ideation and production planning in partnership with other teams. Develop clear creative briefs and guide production teams on direction, timelines, and deliverables. Review creative assets to ensure they align with brand standards and channel strategies. Help shape content that is informative, entertaining, culturally relevant, and optimized for platform performance.

Community Management & Engagement

Serve as the primary lead for community management across all social platforms. Monitor channels daily and ensure strong account coverage. Respond to comments, tags, messages, and inquiries in a professional, customer-focused manner. Partner with customer experience teams to escalate and resolve concerns. Foster meaningful engagement with your audience.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor performance across all platforms including engagement, reach, audience growth, and content effectiveness. Develop recurring reporting and communicate insights to marketing teams. Use data to optimize content types, publishing schedules, creative approaches, and production workflows. Identify trends that can improve future performance and channel growth.

Event & Real-Time Coverage

Travel to company events and gatherings to support real-time social coverage. Coordinate with teams to capture dynamic event, behind-the-scenes, and real-time content. Help showcase company personality and culture through stories and short-form content.

Skills/background needed

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for any brand or organization. A passion for engaging with online communities and understanding social media platforms, trends, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Experience with social media management and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Experience with photography, graphic design, or video editing tools is a plus but not required. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills will be considered.
