Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform implementations and modernization initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of ServiceNow Now Assist (Gen AI) across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Design AI-enabled workflows, virtual agent experiences, intelligent search, and automation solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
  • Define platform architecture, governance, security, and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership for custom application development using App Engine, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
  • Optimize CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform performance.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution validations.
  • Mentor developers and technical teams on ServiceNow architecture and AI best practices.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, AI innovations, and platform capabilities.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/architecture experience.
  • Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution/Platform Architect.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Now Assist (Generative AI) capabilities.
  • Experience configuring AI-powered features including:
    • Now Assist for ITSM
    • Now Assist for CSM
    • Now Assist for HRSD
    • AI Search
    • Virtual Agent
    • Predictive Intelligence
    • Generative AI Controllers
    • AI-powered Knowledge Management
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules:
    • ITSM
    • ITOM
    • ITAM
    • CSM
    • HRSD
    • SPM/ITBM
    • CMDB
    • Discovery
    • SecOps
    • IRM/GRC
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workflow Automation.
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Catalog Items, and Record Producers experience.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure Open AI, Microsoft Copilot, Open AI APIs, or enterprise AI platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, LDAP, Azure AD, and cloud integrations.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and ServiceNow ATF.
